How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, you can pay in cash when your order arrives.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and courier conditions.
Our Leather
Is your leather real?
Yes. Every LINER product is made from 100% pure leather, crafted in Sialkot. We do not use PU or bonded leather.
How do I care for my leather product?
Keep it away from direct heat and long exposure to water. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and use a leather conditioner every few months. You can also read our leather guide.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags. Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned. See our full return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
